The story is set in the Transylvanian Monster Training Insitution. Our hero, Draco, a happy but ham-handed vampire boy along with his four friends are students here. Draco has a handicap: he faints from the sight of blood. He sets up a laboratory with the hopes of creating a synthetic blood. The experiment is successful, but the fake blood brings out unexpected side effects.
