Tracing the story from the enthusiasm of the founding fathers at the end of the Second World War to its present difficulties, the ship EUROPE battles hell and high water to affirm and fight for its existence. This history looks at Europe and the handicap of its troublesome constitution. It takes us into a no man's land trapped between the real and absurd.
