Michael Stone, husband and father and respected author of How May I Help You Help Them?, is crippled by the mundanity of his life. He is a motivational speaker who travels the U.S. giving rousing speeches to customer-service professionals. On a business trip to Cincinatti, he meets Lisa, a socially awkward baked goods sales rep from Akron, who may or may not be the love of his life. A beautifully tender, darkly comical and surreal stop-motion journey of a man’s long night of the soul. Evocative film about loneliness and love, and what it’s like to be a person.
