Bear Story
An old bear goes out every day to a busy street corner. Through a tin marionette theater of his own making, the bear will tell us his life story.
Competition HAFF Junior
60 minutes
Prior to the festival, children from all over the Netherlands from eight to twelve years old get the opportunity to visit a movie theatre near their school for HAFF Junior, an international programme of around nine short animation films. The school receives special teaching tools to prepare for the films. After the screening the children cast a vote for their favourite film. The audience award HAFF Junior is organized in collaboration with EYE.

Bears on the Road
Bears on the Road is a short animated film about Theo, who enjoys nothing more than driving around in his little yellow car. After a car crash, caused by a bear, he wants to get back to his old life, but his growing fear for the outside world stands in his way.

A cooped-up dog discovers that an amazing world waits just outside his door. Now, nothing can stop him from getting out-- except the door.
Cyclopèdes
At the beginning of the twentieth century, film-making and cycling were still a completely different kind of adventure. With its sub-titles and pianola music, ‘Cyclopèdes’ references the aesthetic of early films, and shows how a race might have looked at that time: full of comical but also dangerous incidents.

Eiskarl
Eiskarl lives alone in his icy workshop. One day he unexpectedly discoveres a portal to a hidden world, where he meets a strange fellow. The first unwanted guest helps him into a friendship, but will Eiskarl accept it?
Le Tour Utrecht – Bon Voyage!
When Tim wants to watch the start of the Tour de France in Utrecht with his girl, he ends up at the wrong side of the barriers and has to find a way to get to her.
