Kahlil Gibran’s The Prophet

Kahlil Gibran’s The Prophet is a boldly designed rendition of one of the most popular volumes of poetry ever written, a cinematic parable about freedom and the power of human expression. This long-awaited feature is directed by Roger Allers (The Lion King) and produced by Salma Hayek, each chapter of Gibran animated by a different filmmaker, including Tomm Moore, Bill Plympton, and Nina Paley.

Pick Tomm Moore’s brain at the Q&A following this Dutch premiere!

P.S. In our The Art of Tomm Moore program, Moore will also give an in-depth presentation on the ‘On Love’ chapter he directed for the film.
