Healing Inscape: Sacrifice & Rebirth

Director:
Yulin Yao
 /
The Netherlands, 2024
5 min.

Translating complex internal experiences into symbolic and abstract imagery, Healing Inscape: Sacrific & Rebirth challenges the limitations of language as a tool for communication. Through 3D art and VR, it reflects on how misunderstandings within family dynamics can lead to conflict and emotional distress. Combining the concepts of catharsis and inscape, the surreal landscape is a safe, immersive space for releasing negative emotions and promoting self-awareness.
