In March 2015, Paul Driessen turns 75. Also in March 2015, his latest film will be completed, It’s Raining Cats and Dogs (co-production il Luster Film and National Film Board of Canada). All the more reason for a festive première of his new film and a retrospective of his oeuvre at HAFF, in association with different parties.
