Under a gloomy sky in Naples, cab driver Sergio receives a letter containing bad news. In a flash, his past stands clearly before him. At one time, he and his brother formed a successful musical duo, but the two became estranged when Alfredo decided to become a Buddhist monk in India. Sergio is beset by regret and memories, but a gleam of hope may be glimmering... The title refers to the Dalai Lama’s eponymous ‘handbook’. Winner Best Animated Feature Film 2014 European Film Awards.
