A Girl named Elastika
Elastika is a little girl made of elastics. Her journey is one of a kind, as she travels in a land of cork, jumping from buildings roofs, crossing an ocean or traveling to space holding on to a firework rocket. Her adventure, shot in stopmotion, required over 10 000 pictures.

Body Memory
Inspired by the Soviet deportations from Estonia in the 1940s, this stop-motion animation takes as its central concept the idea that our body remembers. Our body remembers more than we can expect and imagine. It remembers also the sorrow and pain of the predecessor, sustaining the stories of our parents and grandparents as well as their ancestors. But how far back is it possible to go in your bodily memory?

If You Ever Need Someone
Working with The Family Bones, Image Flux designed, shot and did post-production for this unique music video. A mix of live action and stop frame animation, principal photography took over one month.
In it’s first week as a public video, it acquired over 80,000 hits without any marketing or PR.
The video was planned via an animatic, which was then projected on-set to guide the animation process.
Soft Plants
Now Belgian director and stop-motion artist Emma De Swaef forms a duo with Marc James Roels. Their film This Magnificent Cake! received international acclaim. Already in her graduation short Soft Plants, De Swaef experimented with felt puppets, telling the story of office worker Willy whose mind wanders between dangerous flowers and an imaginary friendship for a soft sheep.
