Step inside the world of virtual reality, and explore one of the most exciting developments of our time. More and more filmmakers and media researchers are looking into the creative possibilities of the virtual body and world, especially with a consumer version of the Oculus Rift scheduled to be released in 2016.

Through talks and a joint panel discussion, media researcher Joris Weijdom, and animators Arjan van Meerten and Maarten Isaäk de Heer will discuss the ways in which VR and augmented reality challenge maker and audience to explore new ways of storytelling and creative design in film, animation, theater, and gaming.
