These productions not only delve into the stories of girls making a difference in their lives and communities but also pave the way for enhanced gender equality within the animation industry.

Concerning the need for gender inclusivity within the animation sector, there is a call to elevate the representation of women across all levels of the industry. Despite notable progress with female producers actively engaged in animation studios, a gender gap persists, particularly among creative roles such as animators, storyboard artists, and directors, where men still dominate. The She Creates Change productions challenges this norm, with all women teams and a diverse group of talented female directors.
