Kaboom Animation Festival and InterActing are presenting a wonderful programme in which Dutch voice-actors will be performing their characters live!

One of the most fascinating worlds in the universe of animation is the world of voice-over and sound design. And, mind you, Dutch voice-actors are extremely popular in the Netherlands. The students of InterActing, Boom Chicago's theaterschool for teenagers with autism are among the biggest fans!  InterActing encourages teenagers and students with autism through improvisation skills to break out of their patterns of ritual and routine to embrace the unexpected. 

The week of Kaboom Animation Festival is also the World Autism Appreciation Week. And for those two reasons - the love for voice-acting and raising awareness of autism - Kaboom and InterActing are collaborating on a wonderful program, presented on March 31st at Boom Chicago's theater on the Rozengracht. Dutch voice-actors will be performing live in front of an audience of young people with autism, who are die-hard fans of the craft. The performance will be followed by an autograph & photo session with some of the most beloved Dutch voice-actors. Heroes and fans will meet!
