

For the Audience Award Dutch Animation, a selection committee made a pick from 157 Dutch entries. 47 Titles were selected. The committee consisted of Willem Bosch (screenwriter, on behalf of the Vereniging van Nieuwe Film- en Televisiemakers – NFTVM), Sarah Lugthart (project manager at the Brabants Kenniscentrum Kunst en Cultuur, invited by HAFF) and Lee M. Ross (animation producer, on behalf of the Vereniging Nederlandse Animatieproducenten – VNAP). The selection is screened at the festival, where audiences will eventually select the winner. The winner of the Audience Award clinches a travel grant of € 1,000, made available by the Netherlands Institute for Animation Film and Holland Film. On Saturday, late in the afternoon, the winner will be revealed at the festive conclusion of the Comic Strip Fair in the Janskerk Church at Janskerkhof.
