Young artist Andrew leaves England for a cycling art tour of the Netherlands. His first
stop is The Hague’s stunning Panorama Mesdag - a full sized painted panorama
that plays with space and time. Inspired, he sends a photo of it home to his Mum.
Then tragedy strikes. Using both live action and animation Before Babel tells the story for a mother’s search for peace.
