Powerful documentary combines stop motion, cut out, collages and drawn animation. The 33-year-old Romanian immigrant worker Claudiu Crulic ends up in a Polish prison for alleged theft. To prove his innocence, he goes on a hunger strike, which eventually claims his life. This sparked a political riot between Poland and Romania.
