In the past year, several animation filmmakers died that the HAFF would like to commemorate: Dave Borthwick (UK, director of The Secret Adventures of Tom Thumb and more), Dutch actress and fine artist Sylvia Kristel (director Topor et moi), Run Wrake (UK, he won a Grand Prix HAFF 2006 for Rabbit), Fyodor Khitruk (director of films like Film, film, film and co-founder of the renowned SHAR Studio in Moscow).
