The biggest myths about men debunked!

Max and his sister Tosca are researching, dissecting and even debunking myths about men from the past and present. In their exhibition, ten myths about men get a closer look.

That there is an unchanging form of masculinity is one of the biggest myths in our society. Many men still hold on to it, even when it does not fit them. Men have not had an emancipatory movement, even though this is sorely needed, because in reality, masculinity is constantly changing.

Manly Myths is developed within the Next Talent Program. The Next Talent Program was developed by Playgrounds in collaboration with Kaboom Animation Festival, BROET, Natlab, Submarine Channel, The Panics, Herrie Film & TV, BredaPhoto, St. Joost School of Art and Design, Province of Noord-Brabant, FilmFonds, Kunstloc and Netflix.
