The big accomplishments of a small country.

The guest of honour this year is filmmaker and producer Nico Crama. This film programme contains a selection of more than forty films. He is also active as guest programmer and will be showing a number of bis personal favourites. This retrospective is a collaboration between the Netherlands Institute for Sound and Vision, the Netherlands Film Festival and the HAFF.

In a small country, surrounded by a dyke, dwell the Water People. They live partly submerged in water, for instead of keeping it out, the dyke keeps the water in. The People like it that way, but their King hates water.
