This panel offers a deep dive into the rapidly evolving landscape of immersive media in the Netherlands. Presented in collaboration with CIIIC and participating ADRIE consortia, the session spotlights innovative projects currently being developed under the Artistic & Design Research for Immersive Experiences (ADRIE) fund.

Following their initial introductions at IFFR, representatives of the Dutch ADRIE consortia reconvene at Kaboom Animation Festival to explore the shift from individual missions to collective action. Together, they will discuss how their two-year research programs (2026–2027) can intersect and strengthen the wider Dutch animation and digital media ecosystem.
