Stand-up comedy + animation = the perfect marriage

Stand-up comedy performances while animating live on stage? Yep, it's a thing and Kaboom loves it! If you feel stand-up comedy could use a bit more visuals and animated swagger, these performances are right up your alley. This year, we are delighted to welcome comedians Diederik Zuurmond, Zoe Brownstone and Nadine Froughi. This event will be hosted by participant from last year, Ronan Brosnan.

Diederik Zuurmond has been described as a funny guy in the body of a lanky twat. His comedy tackles complex subjects like pirates, supermarkets and late-stage capitalism.

Zoe Brownstone is a highly sought-after comedian with a unique brand of heartfelt and hilarious stand-up comedy. Her whip-smart wit and her ability to surprise audiences with her stories has earned her gigs on stages from coast to coast in Canada, The US, Europe and most recently The UK. Zoe has been featured on SiriusXM and IHeartRadio and was most recently the runner up in the prestigious OF Creative Fund Comedy Competition.  

Nadine Froughi is a British/Dutch/Iranian/American comedian and writer with a penchant for being silly about serious things and taking silly things too seriously.
