Black and White are two homeless brothers, and both incredibly talented acrobats. As young kids they ran wild in Treasure Town, frequently drawing the ire of the yakuza and the police. One day, perfidious property developer Serpent decides to build a theme park in Treasure Town and to do so must first get rid of the brothers. Michael Arias, an American animator living in Japan, directs a film that is remarkable for its graphic originality and incredible framing. Based on the popular manga of the same name by Taiyo Matsumoto.
