How to watch your amazing content?

– When you log in, you open the doors of animation heaven. You’ll get an overview of the festival and its films, which are divided into several categories. Want to know more? Every film has a short synopsis to give a taste of what to expect.
– You can select individual films separately
– Or, by selecting ‘play’ you can enter the Valhalla of all things animated. The complete series you selected will be played in sequence. Already saw one of the films? Watch it again or skip to the next one!

How often can I (re)watch the film(s)?

Don’t you worry, we are taking good care of our fans. During the festival (March 31st – 15:00h to April 5th – 0:00h), all films you’ve bought a ticket for, can be viewed without any restriction!

Will there be (any) subtitles?

You don’t need to have a PhD in English, but the majority of our content will be in English, without subtitles. Films in a foreign language other than English will be subtitled in English.

We do have a lot of non-dialogue films for children. For those with dialogue, it is indicated in the details whether the film is subtitled.

Can an online screening be sold out?

Unless our fans crash the internet (which is of course possibility), an online screening cannot be sold out. All content during the festival is available on demand.

I am unable to attend (any more). Can I get a refund?

Ouch, we’re sorry, but this is not possible. We do apologize! Please do make another human being happy with your ticket as a lockdown gift.

On which devices can I watch?

As long as it has a screen and a stable internet connection, you should be fine. Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Microsoft Edge are the most reliable browsers to stream the films.

How can I vote during the festival?

Get a large banner, write the title on it and attach it to your window. Okay, that’s not thé method, but it’s cool, right?! For real now: every film in competition has an indication to let you know you can vote. Click ‘vote now!’ and select your favorite film. Please note that once you’ve submitted your vote, you will not be able to alter it. So choose wisely, my Padawan.

PROBLEMS WITH (VIEWING) A VIDEO.

I can’t see the content, what’s wrong?

First of all, check your internet connection. A weak connection means trouble… Try lowering the resolution. Also use the most recent version of an internet browser.

I’ve made an animated film; can I submit it to the festival?

For one, we salute you! Our call for entries for the 2022 edition starts at the end of May. Good luck!
