Oscar Nomination for Flee screens at Kaboom ’22

The Oscar Nominations are announced for 2022

We are proud to let you know that we will be screening one of the five animated features “Flee” directed by Jonas Poher Rasmussen, who hit an unprecedented with three Oscar nominations for Best International Feature Film, Best Documentary Feature and Best Animated Feature Film. We are also screening two out of five of the animated shorts that were nominated for an Oscar, “Bestia” directed by Hugo Covarrubias and “Boxballet” directed by Anton Dyakov.

Kaboom Animation Festival screened Joanna Quinn’s “Affairs of the Art” as a European premiere last year, which was now nominated for Best Animated Short Film.
